1. Apply Online

Submit your resume online and our hiring nerds will give it a once over and see if you've got the right stuff (on paper at least).

2. Code Sample

Being a programmer at Sierra Bravo means hitting the ground running. Programmers learn more on the job at Sierra Bravo than anywhere else, but to get the job you need to show that you're ready to help out on day one.

Depending on your specialty (i.e. design, programming, RIA development, animation, etc.) you'll be asked to complete a code sample.

Code samples will require you to demonstrate technical aptitude as well as attention to detail. The process itself is pretty simple and applicants typically spend 4-8 hours on their codes samples.

3. Interview

During our interview process you'll get your first in person glimpse of the Nerdery while you meet with our VP of Software Development and the programming team managers in their natural habitat. There's no waiting game — we'll call you the next day to either make an offer or thank you for your time.
