C# ASP.NET Developer

The Nerdery at Sierra Bravo is looking for an Interactive Development Genius. Specifically, we would like to find a developer with skill in all aspects of web development who is highly motivated and always learning. This developer should be able to rock out the front-end with HTML/CSS and JavaScript and be able to get down and dirty in the back-end with modern development languages including Microsoft's .NET. Most of all, our ideal candidate should be a team player. They should be excited to share their knowledge and experience with our 55+ developer team through collaboration, group work and peer review. In addition, this developer would be humbly ready to absorb the nerdery goodness from the collective brain power of our amazing team.

The typical day-to-day for the developer will be building highly interactive, functionally robust and visual appealing web applications. The developer will be provided design assets in their raw (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) format and be expected to build working applications. In some cases they may be asked to create the HTML/CSS from scratch; in others they will have the help of a front-end developer. In most cases they will be expected to develop the functionality and database interactivity that will provide the dynamic aspects of the web application. 

Requirements:

• Strong background in web development. 
• Proficient in C# with ASP.NET
• Proficient with HTML/CSS
• Proficient with JavaScript
• Proficient with databases including MSSQL
• Understanding of design patterns
