Nerdery adds gaming capabilities with SnowOwl Studio agreement
Nerdery Interactive Labs (The Nerdery) announced today a strategic alliance with SnowOwl Studio that will expand the gaming capabilities of both companies.
“Gaming is entirely its own programming discipline in terms of technology, design, psychology and purpose – and we know enough about it to know we can bring more to the table for our agency partners and clients by working with established gaming experts,” said Nerdery president Luke Bucklin.
Said SnowOwl Studio president Tom Zemlin: “Our game development bandwidth and workforce expand exponentially by tapping into The Nerdery and its 70 programmers, and as we’re joined at the table by the brand strategists, designers and other creative minds of The Nerdery’s many agency partners, we will have the combined capability to take the casual game market to another level.”
The strategic partners provide free webinars for ad, design and marketing agencies interested in creating games that can build community around the brands of their clients. More information at http://www.nerdery.com/gaming.
